5. NEW PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION – 29 BROAD TOWN ROAD, BROAD TOWN
To note the licence application circulated with the agenda. Any representations against/for the application must be received no later than 20th July 2020.
6. SPEEDING IN NORTH BROAD TOWN
To note and discuss the correspondence received from a resident regarding speeding and traffic incidents in the north of the Broad Town.
7. REDHILLS PLAY AREA REOPENING
In accordance with government advice the play area has been reopened. The updated risk assessment is circulated with the agenda, advice posters are on display and the inspection checklist has been completed. A quote for repair of the play board is being sought. Members are requested to review the cleaning and fence maintenance issues arising from the inspection checklist.
8. RISK ASSESSMENT
Members are requested to review the risk assessment regarding the update made in August 2019 under ‘council records-paper’. A full review of the risk assessment will be completed in October 2020.

11 PAYMENTS FOR APPROVAL
11.1 CLERK SALARY AND EXPENSES 6th APRIL TO 6th JULY 2020
Members are requested to approve the salary and expenses payment of £975.78 to the Parish Clerk for the above period including expenses of £83.40 for the 10 year domain name purchase.
11.2 BROAD TOWN VILLAGE HALL HIRE COSTS
Members are requested to approve the payment of £437.78 to the village hall for hire costs.
11.3 SUPREME CONTRACT SERVICES GROUNDS MAINTENANCE MAR/APR/MAY 2020
Members are requested to approve the payment of £781.20 (Inc. VAT) for grounds maintenance services.
11.4 REIMBURSEMENT TO CLLR JOYCE – ZOOM SUBSCRIPTION JULY 2020
Members are requested to approve the reimbursement payment of £14.39 (Inc. VAT) to Councillor Joyce for the July Zoom subscription.

13. WILTS AIR AMBULANCE RECYCLING BIN
The Parish Council has been approached by Wiltshire Air Ambulance Charity regarding the siting of a 5ftx5ft clothing bank at the village hall. Members are requested to discuss whether the village hall would be a suitable location.

The advice from NALC on safely holding council meetings has been circulated. Members are requested to review the advice in relation to Broad Town Parish Council.
