Parish Matters

6. Speedwatch. A note will be placed in the 'News' that ther Patrish Council approved of Speedwatch in principle, and requesting a minimum of 6 volunteers to be trained by the police.

7. The Fields. Clerk had received a note from a neighbour that this property had been empty since the owner died, and recent strong winds had caused some damage to the outbuildings.Further, the field behind the property, with a touring caravan license, was open to anybody wishing to set up there. Cllr Bourton will attempt to contact the family to indicate our concern, and Clerk is to write a formal letter when the owner is identified.

8. Footpaths. The footpaths walked so far had shown no signs preventing use, but BTOW43 was blocked by nettles, and a style on BTOW33 was broken. It has since been reported tthat BTOW28 is blocked by a drooping fence.

9. Roads. Potholes on Broad Town Road, damage on the Bushton Road opposite Rayners and by Barn Hill Farm should be reported to CLARENCE.
